Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with these delicious banana oatmeal pancakes!

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats
    Almond milk, unsweetened
    Maple syrup
    Banana
    Vanilla extract
    Baking powder
    Salt Recommended
    Coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients, apart from the coconut oil, into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Heat half the oil in a large non-stick skillet over a medium heat.
  3. Add tablespoons of batter to make 3 pancakes and cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  4. Now flip the pancake over and cook for a further 2-3 minutes on the second side.
  5. Repeat this process with the remaining pancake batter.
  6. Serve topped with additional maple syrup and fruit of choice (not included in nutritional breakdown).
