Ingredients
- Rolled oats
Almond milk, unsweetened
Maple syrup
Banana
Vanilla extract
Baking powder
Salt Recommended
Coconut oil
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients, apart from the coconut oil, into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Heat half the oil in a large non-stick skillet over a medium heat.
- Add tablespoons of batter to make 3 pancakes and cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Now flip the pancake over and cook for a further 2-3 minutes on the second side.
- Repeat this process with the remaining pancake batter.
- Serve topped with additional maple syrup and fruit of choice (not included in nutritional breakdown).
